Refund and Returns Policy

What You Get Access To: Purchasing a program from Mr. Jan-Mich gives you immediate personal access to all course materials included in that program — written content, instructional modules, reference materials, and any supplementary resources available at the time of purchase. Access is linked to your account and cannot be transferred.

Your Review Window: You have five days from the date of purchase to assess whether the program is suited to your current level and practice goals. This window is for genuine evaluation of the content structure and depth — not for completing modules and requesting a return once the material has been used.

When Eligibility Ends: If you have accessed more than 30% of a program’s content, the course is considered in active use and refund eligibility closes at that point. This applies regardless of how far through the program you are or how much time has passed since your purchase date.

Submitting a Request: Contact our support team from the email address associated with your account. Include your order reference and the name of the program. We don’t ask for detailed justification — account verification and purchase confirmation are sufficient for us to review the request.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing takes between 7 and 14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. You will receive a written confirmation from us within 48 hours of submitting your request.
